Chi Running


I highly recommend this book to anyone who runs.. whether you're a seasoned runner or a beginner. The writer incorporates the principles of Tai Chi into running.. hence, Chi Running.

Most people tend to think that you would run with your leg muscles (power running). This book teaches you to run efficiently with your core muscles (chi running) and i tell you, it really really works.

I would really like to go into details as to why i believe in this, but i don't want to seem as it like i'm earning commission or anything!
